1. We will use a moisture Meter and a Flir infrared camera to locate where the water has traveled to.
2. We will give an estimate of the equipment needed.
3. We will explain the proper protocol to eliminate the water.
4. If the homeowner decides to move forward with an insurance claim, ProCare Services will help guide you through the water mitigation process and talk with your insurance co, to help get authorization from them, prior to doing any work. (During the drying process ProCare Services will monitor the area with moisture meters to assure that the drying plan is successful.)
5. After the insurance company has accepted the loss, ProCare Services will bill your insurance company direct for payment.
6. ProCare Services will document that the area is dry with photo documentation.
