Not only will ProCare Services send our customers an industry standard estimate, but we will also walk the job with you, our customer, and your insurance adjuster. We can speak their language!
After Procare Services has established a game plan with you and your insurance adjuster, we will keep you and your adjuster up to date regarding the drying process through the same estimating software program. Thorough communication with you and your insurance company, makes for a happy customer at the completion.

Most of the homeowners that call us do so prior to calling their insurance company to get our free moisture survey which will establish if you should make a claim, or if it’s something that we can show you how to do it yourself.
Please remember that ProCare Services always suggests that you minimize further damage and the possibility of mold growth by having us set up drying equipment prior to the adjuster arriving to your home, as sometimes it may take several days for the adjuster to look at your house. We would not want the insurance company to blame anything on you while you were doing your due diligence of protecting your house from further damage.

Most of the time, when we arrive at your home, one of the first things that we do is start taking moisture readings and photo documentation to document to the insurance carrier where the damages are and how the water damage has spread. We write a protocol sketch on what needs to be done, to get you back to where you were prior to the pipe leak. This report is included inside the estimate that we can send to your insurance carrier for all of our customers.
